Umberto Porfiri e Elisabetta De Franceschi Foundation was born in Nettuno, near Roma in August 1998. Its creation was inspired by the will of the belowed couple to give a concrete contribute to the social, civil and cultural progress of the society. Following the moral principles on wich the statute is based, Porfiri Foundation, among its several aims, wants to promote the development of cultural , social , art and charity activities and their divigulgation at local, national and international level. The Foundation aims to guarantte the access to sll these activities particularly to the lower social classes.
